ROWAN

Rowan is made from embroidered polka dot mesh tulle and stretch crepe. The bodice has a sweetheart neckline with bishop sleeves, as well as a sweet little velvet tie at the shoulders in the back.  The skirt is a fit and flare silhouette and made of stretch crepe.  It is easy to move, sit and dance in.  Made with or without sleeves.  Customizations are available.
